Before dispatching your order, we take great effort to inspect each component to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, we realize that sometimes you may wish to change your mind or have concerns like an incorrect size that can only be discovered once the items have been delivered to you.
As a result, we have a simple exchange policy in place.
To take use of this offer, please keep in mind the following:
Within 24 hours after receiving the package, send us a snapshot of the item through WhatsApp or by email.
You must contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving your order if you have any concerns about defects, damages, or the item's size.
When returning an item, it must be unused with all of its original packaging.
Any and all sales are final. The item will be replaced if it is damaged upon arrival. A credit will be offered if the item is out of stock.
For the most part, items may only be picked up at their original destination.
Don't hesitate to get in touch with customer service if you need to make any changes to your address.
You have 24 hours from the time you get your order to return it for a full refund or exchange. We retain the right to refuse to process any returns due to late notice or excessive demand in order to prevent any abuse of our policy.
For the first exchange, we'll pay for the postage. Customers who wish to make several exchanges on the same transaction must complete the following steps:
Within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise, contact customer service by Whatsapp or email us.
To help us trace the order, the customer must return the merchandise to our office within five working days and provide us with the courier receipt photo.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and coupons, which the customer service personnel will issue.
Depending on the customer's location, they may have to pay a delivery price of up to 150 rupees to obtain a second exchange order.
Our next exchange order will only be performed once we have received the products back in a timely manner, with all of the original packaging intact and undamaged (the outside plastic cover is not required).
Customers can exchange the item or receive a one-year shop credit for future purchases. Items purchased during a flash sale, a holiday sale, or any other promotional period are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges may take a little longer to complete during the holiday season or if a certain product is unavailable. Please be patient with us.
Each product comes with a detailed description that includes the color, the kind of raw material used, and more.
Customers are urged to read it before making a purchase, written in an easy-to-follow format. After receiving the goods and determining that it doesn't fit well, we will replace them with another design of your choosing.
There are no custom options for product sizes or colors. Moreover, there are no refunds or exchanges for merchandise.
After receiving your return, we will give you the new item or shop credit. The amount of time it takes for your replaced item to arrive will vary based on where you reside.
On-exchange items, there are no further savings available. In the event of a gift, only the original purchaser or the product can initiate a refund or exchange.

All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service and include a tracking number. If the customer provides an incorrect address, we are not responsible if your order does not arrive.
